Price

India prices are not announced yet.

The global ones are:
the Galaxy S21 starts at $799.99, matching the iPhone 12, while the larger S21 is $999.99 and the upgraded S21 Ultra costs $1,199.99.

There is nothing more to innovate when it comes to bar shaped/non foldable smartphones. The only changes we are going to see are minor spec bumps, better cameras, slightly better displays etc. One big feature every company was focusing on was fast charging. But now companies have stopped including chargers in the box. So unless you are willing to pay a few thousand more to get their latest 100w charger, that too is useless. This is the final form of these kind of phones and unless there is some big breakthrough in battery tech, there wont be much improvement in the coming years because build quality, performance, display, camera are all very very good in modern flagships and most flagships give you one day of useage. Any improvement they make will be just mild upgrades. Foldables are the future.

Totally agree with @A_J but check the ui 3 features and camera new features in the live stream video, more battery on 5g, ai tech. I know not much but some innovation are there which no other smartphones are providing. Still bit higher on price side. Most of the features are available at less price these days

Heights of hypocrisy. When apple removed the chargers from their boxes, Samsung was the one of the first companies to post a meme about it. Ab inko dekho.

Yeah, it’s not just you but in general people are using their phones for longer because there is no real reason to upgrade. They average consumer won’t be able to tell the slight difference in camera quality or the mild increase in speed. Unless they are able to bring in something game changing like 2 day battery life, there is very little reason to upgrade to an expensive flagship phone. Almost every other feature IMO has reached/is near to reaching it’s peak. The only real improvement we have seen in the last few years has been improvement in camera quality and maybe high refresh displays. But even those two features have reached a point where massive improvements are not going to happen.
