Can anybody explain what is the meaning of “Up to Rs.9000 Cashback + Up to Rs.4500 Off on App + Extra Exchange Offers” ?

Samsung gives this offer almost everymonth but never understool what is the actual offer. I think it is same as posting banner from flipkart or amazon that upto 50% off but reality is different 😂.
