Why not oppo a52 is better option than this, in this price 6gb+128gb and earphones also giving, and punch hole display design is good

I am not here supporting any chinese brand. Its just if you look at realme 7 it offers Mediatek Helio G95 and 64 Mp Sony Camera, which is way better than Samsung Exynos 9611. See my phone restarts around 30 35 times in a day just imagine. i was using RN5 pro for past 2.5 years never had such issue. It never heated up while using whatsapp fb messenger twitter and news apps. These are just basics. I am not even claiming all are facing the issue which I am facing. To be honest I bought Samsung just for its brand name (i recently started working so didnt want to use cheap brands – perception) But then if we are going for Samsung Galaxy branded fone it should live up to its expectations. Camera is better than its competition I am not sure if I have got defected device but its really not what i expected at 48 mp. See again not endorsing any chinese brand, but realme 7 is much much ahead in camera experience too. And for camera reviews check amazon you will see how people are disappointed. Again this is my review, maybe you have got a different experience. I just wrote what I have experienced and making a purchase is all upto personal choice. 
You like realme 7s camera? Bro just boost up the saturation then. And anyway it’s a 15k phone. 2k more than this.
But restarting is not common in any phone. That’s a major problem. Get it repaired.
Heating is always an issue for me. I’m a heavy user.
Might be you just bought the fone recently. I am using it since 4.5 months. Maybe I am one of the unlucky customers who is facing the issue. But I just wrote my experience. As I said for first 3.5 to 4 months it was working great. i dont have much camera use too so I dont mind even if its just ‘ok’. But the fone really heats up a lot. it restarts like 30 times in a day and even on ongoing calls. Again if you think I am just saying bad things about the fone its not so. It really has huge battery backup and amoled display which is good. And I already said, I havent played any heavy games on this device. I bought the fone just for regular use. But it has disappointed me in that too. Maybe for you its a new device, maybe I am one of the few who has faced issues. I just shared my experience. Rather one should check amazon there are so many reviews there. I am sure one can get a fair idea from there too.
@ G-Gowda In sale it was around 12600 Rs bro. And I am not even comparing cameras as I dont have much use of it. And please do compare the camera side by side I could feel the difference. Again bro realme 7 was just an example. I am not recommending any fone here. For restarting issue as I said I already did factory reset and still did not work (After reset I just installed very few apps) So yes soon I will be getting it repaired. Hope it works after that. Lets see.
You have a motherboard fault probably.
Get it replaced or repaired ASAP.
@aam_aadmi Check amazon bro. There are few people who have mentioned about frequent restarting. Maybe the proportion is low.
