Visit service center if one is located in your city or else courier to Mumbai. If its the latter recommended to go after initiating the RMA procedure. I had the misfortune to require replacement under warranty in 2019? but the customer service was excellent although I did have to travel to Bangalore as my city wasn’t serviced. The replacement is working well.
