Sansui 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Triple Inverter AC with PM 2.5 Filter

Post warranty, no proper service.
In warranty, routine service only catered to by the local dealer/s whose side hustle is to take up the AMC work or servicing jobs for Sansui… and then let temporary staff or random ‘technician’ “boys” (sometimes in late teens or just 20-21) attend to service calls.

No experience with this specific model, but other HVAC products of Sansui have been okay-okay (in recent years).
