Ok I got it. After initiating tranx for the first time will be blocked. Tranx will be done in the second time. But may be it wont be blocked for all users.
From my exp, Sbi blocks high value irregular transaction on first instance or if done late after midnight. Have blocked my card twice till now, unblocked instantly after sending sms.
If u r regular user on that platform then no issue.
