b) The 1000 Cashback can be redeemed across 5 purchases and 5 coupons with maximum cashback per coupon being Rs 200. For redeeming the 1st coupon (Minimum transaction of Rs 1000 and max cashback of Rs 200 cashback) on Prime Day, it is mandatory to collect the coupon first. Post purchasing for >1000 in Prime Day’21 (26th July 2021 – 27th July 2021), you will Unlock 4 coupons (worth INR 200) for your next 4 orders with each coupon hhaving maximum cashback of Rs 200 on a minimum purchase of Rs 2000. Each of the 4 coupon unlocked thereof is valid for monthly redemption from : 1st August – 31st August 2021 , 1st September – 30th September 2021, 1st October– 31st October 2021, 1st November – 30th November 2021. This offer is not applicable on gold, silver or precious jewellery (Excluded Products)
c) The cashback will be credited within 3 working days of order shipment.
d) Customer can claim max INR 200 back per order for subsequent orders of INR 2000 or more provided customer has collected the coupons before making a purchase.

What do I need to do to unlock the 4 coupons of the cashback offer?
a) Place your order worth >Rs.1000 on Eligible Products on Amazon Fashion using any prepaid method (Eligible Order) between 26th July 2021 – 27th July 2021 (”Offer Period”) and redeem the 1st coupon (Rs 200 cashback on Min transaction of Rs 1000) in Prime Day (26-27th July 2021). Unlock 4 coupons of Flat INR 200 cashback each for the future 4 monthly minimum orders of INR 2000 each (1st August – 31st August 2021 , 1st September – 30th September 2021, 1st October– 31st October 2021, 1st November – 30th November 2021) via email/ /push notification within 3 working days of order confirmation.

What do I need to do after I unlock the 4 future coupons (INR 200 cashback per coupon)?
a) After you place a qualifying order (INR 1000 or more) on select Amazon Fashion products between 26th July 2021 – 27th July 2021 and redeemed the 1st coupon (Rs 200 CB on Min transaction of Rs 1000), you will receive an email/ /push notification that you have unlocked future 4 Amazon Fashion cashback coupons.
b) Click on the notification and come to rewards page where you will see the 4 Amazon fashion cashback coupons. The coupon will be valid for INR 200 cashback per monthly order (on subsequent orders worth INR 2000 per order).
c) You must click and collect the cashback coupons to avail cashback offer on your subsequent purchases. If you are not able to see the coupon, you are not eligible for the coupon because you may not have made the eligible transaction (>INR1000 purchase and redemption of 1st coupon ) between 26th July 2021 – 27th July 2021 or you would have been the recipient of the “Amazon Fashion WRS-21” offer or you were not a prime member at the time of eligible purchase (<1000 in fashion) during prime day’21.
d) After you have collected the coupon, come back and make a purchase on Amazon Fashion (as per valid timelines mentioned in the coupon) worth >INR 2000 and get INR 200 cashback once per order. e) Max cashback that you can avail under this offer is INR 1000 (Rs 200 CB during Prime Day’21 and Rs 200 Cashback each for 4 orders of INR 2000 each placed after collecting coupon)

What is the offer duration?
a)Coupons will be unlocked for purchases made between 26th July 2021 – 27th July 2021 and redemption of the 1st coupon, both days inclusive. What is the minimum order value?

Are all products eligible for the offer?
No, the unlocked coupon is applicable only on select fashion products.

Is this offer applicable on cash on delivery or card on delivery?
No, Cash on Delivery and card on delivery are not eligible for this offer. Offer prepaid payment instruments are eligible for the offer.

Can this offer be clubbed with any other offer running on Amazon Fashion?
Yes, this offer can be clubbed with any other offer running on Amazon Fashion provided all the other offer terms are being met.

Do I need a promo code to avail the offer?
Customer will have to collect and redeem the 1st Coupon during Prime day(26th July 2021 – 27th July 2021) to unlock the 4 future INR 200 cashback per coupons. No claim code is needed to avail this offer.

When will I get the cashback?
The cashback will be credited to the Amazon Pay balance account within 3 working days of order delivery. In case there is a partial delivery or partial cashback, the balance will be credited within 15 working days. In case the final invoiced value of an eligible order goes below the eligible threshold due to seller related shorts/substitutions/price drops, the cashback will be credited within 15 working days.

What happens if I reject/return/cancel the order?
If you cancel/reject the complete order, you will not be eligible for the offer. However if you place another eligible order during the offer period, you will be eligible for the offer. In case of partial cancellation, the refund amount will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Example: if a customer buys products worth INR 1000 under the offer and is eligible for INR 100 as cash back, however due to some reasons she/he decides to reject/return INR 1000 worth of products, then she will be refunded INR 100 900 to the original payment instrument (INR 100 cashback issued as Gift Cards cannot be cancelled as per RBI regulations, and will be adjusted against the refund cashback credited).
