00:00 hrs on 1st July, 2020 to 23:59 hrs on 5th July 2020 (“Offer Period”) . The customers will be intimated about the offer given at the completion of the quiz.

• How to claim the Offer?

Eligible customers will be able to avail the benefit under “My Coupons” section in their account between 00:00 8th July to 23:59 12th July, 2020 for Non Plus customers and 20:00 7th July to 23:59 12th July, 2020 for plus customers. The offer can be redeemed on next purchase of products sold by the Participating Sellers from the Lifestyle Category. The minimum cart value to avail the offer is Rs. 1000.

• What are the other conditions of the Offer?

Offer is applicable only once during the offer period. Offer is applicable subject to pin code service by Flipkart.

This Offer (defined below) is being powered and run by participating sellers (hereinafter referred to as “Sellers”) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).

By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“Customer” or “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&C”); the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.

Customer understands that this Offer and other offers are provided by Sellers on the Platform and Flipkart shall not be liable towards the quality of the Product and/or fulfilment of the Offer and/or warranty claims and/or after sales services of the Product(s) and/or taxes arising out of the same. Any claim or dispute in relation to the same must be directed towards the Sellers only.

This Offer is neither created/owned nor sponsored by Flipkart. Flipkart shall not be responsible if this Offer is in violation with any applicable law. Sellers shall be solely responsible towards any losses suffered by and/or penalties levied on Flipkart due to this offer being in contravention to any applicable laws. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided hereunder this T&C and the Frequently Asked Questions, Sellers shall indemnify Flipkart against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart a) due this Offer (or part of Promotion) being in contravention with any applicable laws; b) due to any act or omission of Sellers; c) claim by any third party for any breach/infringement of their proprietary/intellectual property rights; d) claim raised by any customers against Flipkart in relation to this Offer.

You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart/Sellers harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of: (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.

This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.

The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.

Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only till 25th July, 2020. Post such date Flipkart/Sellers will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.

Sellers are responsible for the fulfilment of the Offer. Any queries/complaints or dispute regarding the fulfillment of the Offer must be directed towards the Sellers. Flipkart shall not entertain or responsible for any queries/complaints regarding the fulfillment of Offer. Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any customer/person.

This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
