1. What is the “Offer”?
a) Sign up for Prime annual membership at INR 999 to unlock Shopping reward between 6th Oct and 13th Nov, 2020 which can be redeemed to get 20% cashback up to INR 150 during the Offer Period.

b) This offer can be unlocked only for sign up using pre-paid modes and cashback on redemption on prepaid orders. Offer valid on all prepaid payment methods like Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Amazon Pay Balance

c) Offer period – 00:00hrs 6th October to 23:59hrs 13th Nov 2020

d) Shopping Reward Redemption Period – 00:00hrs 16th October to 23:59hrs 30th Nov 2020

e) A Customer will however not be entitled to avail the Shopping Reward, if such Customer’s paid Prime membership expired either on Oct 6th, 2020 or during a period of 90 days before Oct 6th, 2020. In other words, any Customer is only renewing his/her expired membership during Offer Period will not be eligible for this Offer.

f) In addition to the foregoing, the following categories of Customers are not eligible for this Offer:

2. How can I avail this offer?
Step 1: Join Prime at ₹999/year

Step 2: Collect reward post receiving confirmation message on email or SMS

Step 3: Shop on Amazon from 10th October- 30th Nov, to redeem collected reward. Get cashback as Amazon Pay Gift Card.

3. When and where will I see the unlocked Rewards?
You will receive the shopping reward within 3 business days from the date of successful order placement. You can view & collect your Unlocked Offers under “Your Rewards” section available only on Amazon App. Go to → Amazon App → click on “Offers” on the Amazon home page → Click on “Your rewards” to find all the eligible Offers. Upon receipt of the Shopping Reward, the Customer will be required to claim/redeem the Shopping Reward by clicking on ‘Collect Offer’ provided in the said e-mail or SMS.

4. What is the maximum cashback that I will receive using this reward?
The maximum amount of cashback that a customer can avail is INR 150 for each shopping reward applied by the customer from 10th Oct-30th Nov.

5. When and where will I receive my cashback?
The cashback will be provided in your Amazon Pay account in the form of Gift card within 14 business days from the date of shipping of your order during the Offer Period. You can check the same by visiting “Your Transactions” on Amazon Pay page.

6. What if I cancel my order?
The Offer is applicable for a successful transaction. If an order is placed successfully and canceled/products are returned subsequently, the refund amount of such orders will be post adjusting the cashback amount availed on the purchase. In such cases, the participation of the Customer will be deemed withdrawn.

7. Is the cashback offer valid on purchase of all products?

8. Can I place multiple orders and still get cashback?
No, the shopping reward that you collect can be used to avail cashback only on a single order. However, if you have multiple shopping rewards, they can be used to avail cashbacks on different orders placed during the Offer Period.

9. Is the offer valid for “Card on Delivery”/”Pay on Delivery” orders?
No, the offer is not valid on “Card on Delivery” or “Pay on Delivery” orders.

10. Are Amazon Business customers eligible for this promotion?

11. My payment failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for this Offer?
