Since last night I was always pointing out this offer is only for first time user. But @dwaraka.addagiri704 blamed me for throwing mud on his post whereas I was only trying to say there’s discrepancy in app/website offer and it would be valid only for new users.

@Mayavi didn’t agree too and backed up the idea of all users.

This proves what I said was absolutely correct. Both offers are same and valid only for new users. 

Hope this will put an end to all the flak I’m receiving.

From 24th Or from 25th?

Did you send the attachment of those Offer screenshot to them?

@Mayavi Since it is confirmed that the deal is valid for new users only let me put this in simple way.

For those who regularly use Simpl it should be rather straight forward.

Simpl always shows available Billbox offers to user’s home screen (which is not always in case of merchant offers). So all users offer should have been shown on app home screen as well.

And there’s no logic to what you said because why will they show you the new user offer if all users offer is already running? Shouldn’t they show you the all users offer instead?

It was all easy to guess but you guys complicated.

I did send the attachement but it is of no use. 

Also its not worth to have emails with Customer care when it is not communicate on email. 

I am sure we have to move on and do more important things.

I am yet to do my 1st ever electricity bill payment on billbox. I have already used billbox for dth.

Am i eligible for this offer? Cc is not aware of any such offer
