Same, my spark cashback for zepto is also in pending state since last week.

I am not expecting any solution from them, mine is one cashback ticket pending for a year still..

Yes,my zepto cashback still pending.also,we cant add money at this time due to slice card closing.better avoid this offer.

Slice waalon ki alag hi chul machi hui hain. Add money bandh karne ke baad acche offers nikaal raha.

Translation - Slice rubbing salt on our wounds.

Slice will be supposed to close by this month... better not use

Spark got used, but Cashback not credited.... 
Seems like Add Money as well as CB credit is paused - then why are they giving these offers ?

Addition of money (Loading money/cashback/redeeming monies) to slice mini is blocked since 31st Aug.

So no use of redeeming this sparks.

Its not getting closed... the bank's been updated.

Don't use this card until 22nd Sep.

They are yet to revamp to Slice 2.0.

Already added huge money to card....used in bigbasket...Cashback not credited...not sure what's going on...

There is no concept of new account.... account will remain same....only their backend bank changes...for us the process would be seamless

I want to avail this offer but I don't have sufficient wallet balance. Hopefully they will allow fund addition soon.
