I had received the SMS and in order to just try, i visited the smart Bazaar store to redeem. There are 5 coupon codes for Rs. 500 each for the next 5 months. The code works for 500Rs instant discount on Rs.1000 shopping of grocery/any items except oil/ghee.

@mayur.sagavkar435789 is not a Reliance fresh/ Reliance smart store ..it's new "Smart Bazaar" store same place of Big Bazaar and belongs to Reliance retail. Even code will not work at Reliance smart I have personally tried it.
If possible buy some item from nearby Smart Bazaar and they will register your mobile no. in database for future offers ( who knows you may get this offer as well
