I took a chance on these and bought them a couple of weeks ago. I completely lovehow they are -  noise cancellation is pretty good, sound quality is fine, the buds are tiny and dont fall out. All in all, I'd buy this over a much cheaper boat/noise etc as also over a redmi/oppo/moto around the same price point. I have no idea on warranties and support, but the buds themselves are well worth the money
