I got same offer on 40,000 spend from notification of ICICI iMobile App.  Offer is not valid for Amazon ICICI Card as per T&C

I was one of the first users of pockets app. But then after few months I made a typo and sent 100rs to someone else. Who didn't understand my language and they didn't return money. I took this matter to icici. They assured me they will reverse the amount but it's more than 5 years. I followed up till one year.Still not processed. I will have to look at the ticket status. The last reply from them which was sent after one year raising the issue was. Today it's been 5 years. I have again asked an update. Let's see.
