Tried to purchase a gift card worth Rs.1000 , my bank account was charged but no gift card issued . Tried to contact support via whatsapp, no agent is responding back. Was able to get hold of someone via a phone number on their website. Was told will be looked into it and will get back to me.
I will update once I get the gift card or refund.
Update: Money was refunded to zave wallet and had to purchase the gift card again and it worked.
