Please do not pop multivitamins tablet unless recommended by a doctor. Most of the multivitamins sold on Amazon are either fake or low absorption. I tried multiple brands, and got blood tested after finishing the bottle but still I will be short in one or more vit or minerals. Now I stopped everything and switched Milk, Fruits, salad and vegetables. I only need vit d as supplement, nothing else. Everything in the report is on the good side.
