Steps to avail:
1. Initially select any area nearby to your area where you believe instamart exists (not same as your current location).
2. Go to instamart section of app, add products to cart. Apply any coupon (like AHAINSTA, CHEFINSTA) which you have already used and not working again.
3. Boom, the coupon will work again and while selecting address, select your main address.
4. Place the order.
Note: This will work only for nearby areas and that too where Instamart exists not same as your own area’s Instamart.
(Personally verified with few areas, working seemlessly)

And still some operators in some areas are giving away new SIM/ numbers for 50-70 rupees.
Even though I do not have multiple accounts on all these e-commerce sites.
I still take those 25Rs to 50-60Rs SIMs, so that I can pass them to staff or travelling relatives (if needed).
Numbers are for use and throw or to port out later, if any offer at that time.
Swiggy works fine via website too.
