Swiggy’s “Win Mobile campaign” lucky draw to win a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite (8GB)

Bundl Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Swiggy”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is introducing a Campaign (“Campaign”) during the period 31st August, 2020 to 13th September,2020 , wherein the User (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “Customer”) gets an opportunity to participate in Swiggy’s “Win Mobile campaign” wherein the User(s) will be selected through a lucky draw to win a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite (8GB) mobile phone as described below, subject to the terms of this Policy mentioned below (“Policy”).

• How to participate in the Campaign:
  1. Step 1: Login to your Swiggy account
  2. Step 2: Open “Genie” tab on the homepage
  3. Step 3: Place an order on Genie.

• The details of the Campaign are as follows:
  1. Platform: Swiggy
  2. Valid on all modes of payment
  3. Campaign Dates: 31st August, 2020 (11:00 am) to 13th September,2020 (11:59 pm)
  4. Campaign will be available only in the period mentioned above
  5. Campaign details: It is a lucky draw campaign offering the following:
     1. ‘Stand a chance to win a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite (8GB) mobile phone where Swiggy Users stand a chance of winning a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite (8GB) mobile phone. This Campaign shall be valid from 31st August, 2020 (11:00 am) to 13th September,2020 (11:59 pm). One user will be chosen during the campaign for the giveaway. For this, User needs to place an order on Swiggy Genie in the time period mentioned above.
     2. One User can win only once.
  6. Announcement: The winners of the campaign shall be announced via mail to their registered e-mail id within 10 days after the end of campaign. Subsequently, Swiggy may contact the winners through a phone call. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, it shall be the sole responsibility of the participant Users to check the mail for the results/updates posted by Swiggy.
  7. If we are unable to reach you on the contact details as shared by you, for a period of 15 days from when the winners are sent the mail, the prize i.e Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite (8GB) mobile phone will be deemed to be unclaimed and Swiggy reserves the right to distribute the prize to other eligible Users based on lucky draw.
  8. Swiggy does not make any representation or warranties regarding the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite (8GB) Mobile phone, Samsung products and services and disclaims all liabilities in this regard.
  9. Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite (8GB) mobile phone, which will be distributed to the winner under this Campaign do not have the warranty cover and the winner will not be able to claim any warranty for the mobile phone.
  10. Any issues, grievances, concerns relating to the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite (8GB) shall be addressed directly to Samsung.
  11. The winners will be required to provide a valid identification and address proof to collect the prize.
  12. The prize will be distributed within 30 days of receipt of required documents from the winners.
  13. The participant Users understand that We do not make any assurances as to the probability of winning in the Campaign. By placing an order on Swiggy Genie using, the Users stand a chance to win the prize, based on a draw of lots.
  14. We do not collect any participation fees for the Campaign.
  15. Participation in the Campaign is entirely voluntary.
  16. Products on our Platform are available to You even if you do not participate in the Campaign.
  17. In the event of any queries relating to the Campaign, you may reach out to us through the ‘Contact Us’ section on the Swiggy application and website.
  18. Disclaimer: All rights in the names, images contained in the marketing/promotional material are reserved with the respective intellectual property right owners. Swiggy claims no ownership over the word “Samsung” related words and related images.
• All rights with respect to selection of the winner shall vest with us and shall be done as per the procedure adopted in our sole discretion. Our decision in this regard will be final.
• This Campaign is valid in all cities except Tamil Nadu. The Campaign is applicable only for Swiggy Users.
• The participant User shall not damage or misuse intellectual property rights belonging to Us or any third party. All trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans, symbols etc being displayed on page are the exclusive property of Swiggy and cannot be copied or used by any third party for any purpose whatsoever and any unauthorized usage would amount to an “unlawful act” under the applicable law.
• There is no cash alternative to the prize / benefits hereunder. Further, such benefits do not give any additional guarantee or warranty and are non transferable.
• Swiggy shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in the Campaign.
• You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Swiggy harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Swiggy as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this Policy by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting due to wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
• This Policy shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Policy.

2. you shall be in whole compliance of and adhere to all laws and regulations; and
3. you should have never been convicted of any crime under the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

   3. Swiggy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant User that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Campaign or violates the Policy. Further, (i) the employees of Swiggy and their family members; and (ii) the pick-up and delivery partners and their family members, are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
