Warranty is received from directly company. Call the customer care.
On side note - avoid syska, I bought 40 pieces in a discount - mostly bulbs fail within 2-3 months of us. Poor quality.
Better go for philips or wipro..

Call toll free of syska , send email with complain number and bill
Faulty bulb will be picked up and new will be send to your home.
Tried few times, this process will take approx 10 days to complete
