It is tracked instantly and shown in unlocking soon section. For 1mg, it was specifically mentioned to order from the health section only. That's why I didn't take any risk ordering from 1mg and placed it via TataCliq only. Please check if it shows in unlocking soon. If it's there, then it will be unlocked once the order is delivered and return period is over.

My example :
1. last month similar new user - cashback neucoins was there ...
2. I placed my first order last month [satisfying all conditions]
