I think you will see your eligibility in the end of the screen. just scroll down and you will come to know if renewal fee is waived or not for your card
If it's not there on the page then go-to finance section in the homepage, then credit cards. Then you will see the said cards and the eligibility at the bottom of the screen

I got the LTF offer today. It was showing for both cards. So I applied for Infinity but on later steps it automatically changes to Plus variant. I went ahead. It’s in process now. Let’s see if it gets approved. Data was pulled from HDFC Bank through a OTP and also at last net banking login id and password was asked to do verification. Still it went to processing when it was shown pre-approved.

Same happened with my father today. Later on changed to plus variant nd now under processing. So i don't have high hopes.
