I had similar exp in the past, when I tried to pay via an unsaved card on 1mG via tata Neu the offer didn’t show up. I didn’t proceed, rather let go of tata Neu offer and transacted direct on 1mG.
You are sure the payment offer applies and reduced pricing is shown on the bank payment page right?
Right now this is happening for a new Kotak Debit card and new account on Tata Neu. Will love to get the full discount. Also since the order gets placed immediately I proceed for payment, I don’t have a chance to test this out.
