Hello folks, I have bought several items from Tata Cliq but never had any issue except once. The issue was TV delivered was having some issue and it took sometime for resolving that but finally they have resolved it to our satisfaction.
adding to that, they do have escalation whatsapp number and the responses through that were good. The number is 8657424829

Worst, 3rd class site. Another evidence of Tata brand cheating the public. If they did not want to offer the coupon, why publicize in the first place? I could not place order yesterday because the site itself was not working. And today the coupon is showing āexpiredā. The incompetent employees of this company should be kicked out.

And itās a business for them and they have every right to cancel orders placed due to any errorsā¦

As expected they cancelled my order after shipping 
@desiman @androgame Got a call today from Tatacliq after I left a ticket yesterday. Didnāt contact them via Twitter or Facebook. Finally they have released the refund amount. Got the email notification too. Now it will take 3-4 more days to credit back the amount in my credit card.

I too had to return a ozone cleaner which I got in broken condition, and they were really helpful on facebook, got almost instant resolutions, though had to send the picture 2-3 times on different places
