2. Is the Bill Pay offer applicable for Recharges also?

3. Will I get the offer if I am paying multiple bills worth 100 or more?
You will only get eligible for the offer, if any of the individual bill among the multiple bills is valued at 100 or more. The offer is not applicable based on the total cart value but on individual bill value.

But when I clicked my app had logged me out and after logging in, there is no sign of this offer. I actually have to do DTh recharge, this will be best offer. Q: how soon do these 50 coins unlock once the bill is paid? I paid a postpaid bill of 100 Rs and do not see anything yet related to 50 coins (not there in unlocking soon section also)

Avoid using NeuCoins for this offer. Just a suggestion

I did Rs.100 DTH recharge and didn't receive any NeuCoins yet. As per customer care executive, I am eligible for 30 NeuCoins and it will get credited within 24 hours.
