Tata Payments Limited ("TPL" or "Tata Payments"), is running a promotional activity titled 'Billpay offer' ("Activity") on Tata Payments platform ("Platform"), through which users of Tata Payments ("Users" or "You") satisfying the eligibility criteria laid down below may win certain rewards ("Rewards"), in the manner set forth in these terms and conditions ("ActivityTerms and Conditions").

By participating in the Activity, each User agrees and acknowledges that You will be bound by these Activity Terms and Conditions and satisfies all eligibility requirements set forth in Clause 1 below. The User further agrees that they have:

• read and accepted these Activity Terms and Conditions;

• read and accepted the Tata Pay User

• read and accepted the Tata Pay User Agreement; and

• consented to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by Tata Payments in accordance with Tata Payments Privacy Notice. If You do not meet our eligibility requirements, You may not be able to participate in the Activity and/or win any Rewards.

These Activity Terms and Conditions are in addition to Tata Pay User Agreement and Tata Payments Privacy Notice. In case of any inconsistency between these Activity Terms and Conditions and Tata Pay User Agreement, these Activity Terms and Conditions will prevail with respect to the Activity only. Tata Payments reserves the right to make changes or modifications to these Activity Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.

1. ELIGIBILITY

• Entry into the Activity is available to a User

is at least 18 years of age;

• is an individual legal resident of the Republic of India and resides in a jurisdiction which legally permits participation in the Activity and receipt of the Reward;

possesses the legal authority and capacity to agree to the Tata Pay User Agreement, the Privacy Notice and these Activity Terms and Conditions;

• has previously transacted on the Platform (or a subset thereof, as may be determined by Tata Payments);

• has set India as their current country in their account settings on the Platform; and

• has a valid proof of identity and age.

1. Each User may enter the Activity using a single user account only. Any User found to have entered or attempted to enter the Activity using multiple user accounts shall be disqualified and ineligible to receive any Reward.

2. A User will be responsible for determinina

their eligibility to participate in the Activity, and participation in the Activity is purely voluntary. Tata Payments shall be entitled at any time during the Activity Period (as defined below) or thereafter to disqualify any User from participating in the Activity or availing of any Rewards on grounds of ineligibility.

3. A User will be eligible for the Activity only if the transaction performed by such User amounts to a Successful Payment.

4. Such Successful Payment shall be performed though the Platform or website of Tata Payments.

5. The transaction performed by the User for a Successful Payment shall before a minimum amount of INR 300 (three hundred) during the Offer Period.

2. ACTIVITY CONSTRUCT

1. The Activity will be live and available from January 1st, 2025, from 12:00:00 PM (IST) to January 31st, 2025, 11:59:59 PM (IST) only ("Offer Period"). Tata Payments reserves the

right to increase or decrease the Activity Period at its sole discretion.

A User can participate in the Activity by:

Making a successful bill payment which is acknowledged by the biller ("Successful payment") on the Platform or website of Tata Payments.

The User shall be required to redeem the Rewards before 30 (thirty) days from the date of issuance ("Expiry") of the Rewards.

3. REWARDS

1. The user will be awarded up to 100 NeuCoins for only a Successful Payment performed on the Platformof Tata Payments.

• Assured 50 NeuCoins will be credited if the transaction is the User's first ever transaction on the Platformwith a minimum bill value of Rs.1000 for Credit card Bill Payments & FASTag and Rs. 300 for all other eligible categories

• Additional rewards of 25 NeuCoins if the user completes bill payment & recharges from 5different categories with a minimum bill value of each bill at Rs. 500 (NeuCoins will be credited within 45 daysfrom the last date of the campaign)

2. The NeuCoins to be received as Rewards under this Activity shall be in addition to any NeuCoins that are ordinarily earned by the User on the Platform.

3. The issuance and redemption of NeuCoins are governed by Tata Neu Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (https:// www.tatadigital.com...al). By participating, the User agrees to have read, accepted, and be governed by these terms and conditions.

4. In case of any issue pertaining to the eligibility of the Users for earning Rewards in the form of NeuCoins as a part of this Activity, Tata Payments decision at its sole discretion shall be final and binding. For any issues, please write to [email protected].

5. Each Reward will be awarded as-is and without warranty or representation of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of type, tax, quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise). There are no cash or other reward alternatives available in whole or in part.

6. If a User who is entitled to receive Rewards becomes ineligible in terms of the eligibility criteria or other terms and conditions set out herein, you shall not be eligible to receive the Rewards.

4. EXCEPTIONS

4.1 The Activity is applicable for all categories except BSNL Recharges and transactions performed through the Donations, Rentals, National Pension Scheme, Prepaid Meter & NCMC Recharge categories as set out under 'Bill pay and recharges' tab of Bharat Bill Payment System.
