How to Activate thru App / Website:
Login to ur TataPlay Account in App / Website
Choose Manage pack option in Home screen -> Modify packs & Channels -> Modify Current pack -> Services -> Choose the required Pack for Re.1
Note : Since this Pack/Channel cannot be dropped through SMS/ Whatsapp method, we have to drop through app/website in early hours after Expiry date to avoid additionally charged (Preferably before 12.15 am)

I drop pack one day before expiry by calling customer care bacause tata play charge on 12:00 a.m. for the day.
