On their official website installation charges was mentioned 999+gst and on tatacliq they mentioned 1500+gst = 1800/-.
To clear the doubt, I called TCL. They told xxxxxxxx/“EV3S” is the new 2021 elite series on that they are offering free installation before 31 march.
I confirmed about ODU stand, because last year when I got my own ODU stand for Voltas, they charged me extra for using my stand. They always charge ODU stand between 700-750/- which cost 250 in market. But this is not the case with TCL. They said I can buy my own.
So, overall it’s a great deal.
My last year’s 1.5-ton 5-star Voltas ******* -“JLJ” mention annual consumption 897 Units. This one says below 700 units. I understand I will consume slightly high electricity for 1 ton. But the price is incredibly low. And I can have peace for 3 years.
Though it is Chinese company, but product is made in India. So, hope quality is ok

at around 21k this is amazing!
It cools our 110sq ft room within 5 mins easily, I haven’t checked much about power consumption so dont know about that.
It is also very silent as comparted to our other ACs we have, plus the smart features are the added bonus. I hardly use the remote

Also in this deal it was with 2 years extended warranty so atleast 3 years it will be tension free, PCB has 5 years and 10 years is on compressor. I dont think there is any brand which will offer this much
I read the manual. They say if you install TCL app and register your device on that, you can see the electricity usage stats on that app. Also, to able to use it with Alexa or Google-Assistant you need to register the product on TCL app.
Though I have not downloaded it yet. In fact, I have not turned it on after the demo. The weather (or indoor temperature) is pleasant since yesterday’s rain.
I have registered on TCL home app and cant find power consumption thingy, let me check again
Can someone confirm PCB warranty as TCL cc is telling that if purchase is online PCB warranty is only 1 year not 5 yrs .
