TCL made good product…. But the installation service is bad…. It’s brand specific and amazon home service is actually a mediator between consumer and Brand .
I had bought 40inch full HD tv on 16th october 2020 in great indian festival of amazon worth ₹15750 which was delivered on 18th october .installation scheduled on 19th october.
Installation technician response was worst…I booked on slot of 10am to 2pm…. From 10am to 12pm no whereabouts of that technician ….After 12pm I called him several times…He picked once. And said I’m busy today but it’s a promise I will install tomorrow before 11am … I said okay…
But in the evening around 7.28pm I got sms that your request has been cancelled and i have to reschedule it again… I’ve find 21st october as the next available slot ..

I have called Amazon and told everything. how a person representative of the amazom home services have misguided me.
I want to install it by 8pm on 20th october or else….Return my money and take your tv back…
Surprisingly amazon is not agree to arrange the installation on 20th october…
