Using the same water filter since last 2 years without any hiccup…. Its value for money product
Hindware water purifier Products are not recommended this is my personal opinion.. No support after sales and if you raise the ticket they won’t resolve and i contacted management via twitter but even though no response.
Dont buy Hindware Product thair aafter sales and service not good
I brought this Ro water filter on 10 October 2021 at just 4200/- of Big billion day Sale from flipkart,
Company took more then 15 days to install after several call at customer care,
Product stoped within 2 hours of Install from that day i called customer care more then 50 times I tri to contact them on email and twitter and also Regional sales maneger and Service team still now no one came to service water filter.
I am going file case this week on Consumer Court to get amount refund.

I had ordered one few months back and the quality is horrible. Broke 3 times within first month. Hindware service is even worse. Took 2-3 business days to come. Meanwhile we had to spend hundreds of rupees on bottled water while waiting for service engineer to show up. Avoid.
