  1. Flat Rs. 250 cashback, on a minimum transaction of Rs. 599, applicable once/user.
  2. Offer is valid on ZestMoney transactions only on Times Prime website, mobile website, iOS and Android apps.
  3. Offer can be availed only if the payment is made during the offer period/duration.
  4. Offer valid from 00:00 hrs 1st Sep ’22 to 23:59 hrs 30 Sep ’22
  5. Offer applicable once per user during the offer period.
  6. No coupon code is required at checkout to avail of the offer.
  7. Cashback will be processed 15 days post final payment due date, provided all re-payments have been made within the due date period.
  8. Cashback will be processed to the user’s registered bank account with ZestMoney.
  9. In case of refund or cancellation of the order placed, the transaction will not be eligible for the cashback offer.

Zest money will not process cash back on its own. You will receive a message of cash back. But they will not credit until you raise a cash back ticket or chat with them. I waited for 1 month and raised ticket.

I didn't receive cashback and the Zestmoney support team first asked me for the screenshot which just said that 250 cashback but no minimum amount was mentioned. Then they denied me the cashback saying that the minimum purchase was 799. They are cheaters as the offer in the month of Aug 2022 was 250 CB on 599
