Looks like this time the CB was instant and expiry is just 30 days (20th Dec 2023). Last time, had to email them then only they manually credited but validity was 1 year. They said TimesPrime coupon codes had a "technical issue". To pay this time, I used last time's existing balance which had validity of 1 year.
