net banking is free …there are charges for credit card/debit card which are clearly mentioned.

also people who have already paid their bill and not availed this offer yet, can pay an advance amount of 51 and avail this offer

When I used Buy now options to pay my bill it’s take more Rs. 18/- as transaction charges & not given any Rs. 50/- off offer. so its not proper site.
