This is common for Amazon platform .. they keep flip flopping the price based on location once certain views are reached .. They keep minimal price in the beginning so that views are accumulated (kinda traffic generation) and once they hit certain limit of views (only Amazon programmer can tell it) .. then prices are increased automatically. So a price at 2 pm will be changed at 4 pm.
