A technician visited(from Jeeves) and mentioned it's an issue with product but the Flipkart team didn't approved and kept saying it's not considerable. I even called Flipkart cc and the representative couldn't see technician notes on his website. He mentioned it will take 24 hours to reflect. I found it strange....  in today's time, a message takes 24hrs to reflect on an automated system, may be FK using postcards for digital messaging.
