That is true across cities, because few riders exploited rental rides in past…but we suffer…even I prefer rentals and usually face such issues

-Sometimes drivers were left stranded with no info on return time, for 2 to 3 hours and they can’t end ride..
-Booked in cash reach destination and do not return back to continue or pay..
These are rare but drivers like short and quick rides to get more favourable ratings and higher incentives…
Technically rentals are more profitable for them… they are getting wait for hours of wait time with no fuel or wear tear wink
