1. This offer (“Offer”) is provided by HDFC Bank Limited (“Bank”) and Amazon Pay (India) Pvt. Ltd is made available on the website www.amazon.in or the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”).
2. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in and Terms & Conditions of Cards of HDFC Bank. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer. 
3. All residents of India holding a valid credit card or debit card issued by the Bank (each a “Card”) are eligible to avail the Offer (each a “Cardholder”).
4. The Offer is valid between July 01, 2020 to July 03, 2020 (“Offer Duration”), or until stocks of the Products (defined below) that are made available by the Participating Seller(s) (defined below) on Amazon.in last, whichever is earlier (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon (in its sole discretion), without any prior notice and without any liability.
5. Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases any listed products under this offer “Appliances, Furniture and TV” (“Product”) on Amazon.in and makes payment for the Product using the HDFC ban card, will be entitled to receive 10% instant discount maximum of INR 1,500 per card on purchase through Credit Card, Credit EMI and Debit EMI and INR 500 per card on purchase through Debit Card full swipe, provided that the purchase value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent to or exceeds INR 10,000 per transaction basis.
6. The purchase of the Product will be governed by the terms of sale, including terms of exchange, applicable to the sale of the Product on Amazon.in. This Offer will also be applicable on purchase of Product by the Cardholders under an exchange offer (if available and applicable on the Product), provided that the amount to be paid by the Cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, using the Card is not less than INR 10,000. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event the amount payable by the Cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, is less than INR 10,000, such Cardholders will not be entitled to avail the Offer.
7. The purchase of Product by Cardholders on equated monthly instalments (EMI) will also eligible for this Offer.
8. The instant discount /provided to Cardholders under this Offer is being funded by Bank and Participating Sellers, to the total exclusion of Amazon.
9. The Offer can be availed only once per Card account. In other words, in the event a customer avails the Offer using a Card in accordance with these Offer Terms, such customer will not be entitled to avail the Offer again using the same Card (whether such customer buys the same Product or a different variant of the Product).
10. This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded or.
11. Amazon and/or the Bank reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
12. Amazon and/ or the Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
13. Delinquent and over-limit Bank’s credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.
14. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
15. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
16. The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein will prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes will be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card member agreement.
17. This Offer is not valid on corporate or commercial Cards.
18. This Offer is not available on: (i) purchase of products other than the Product, or (ii) purchase of Products from sellers other than the Participating Seller(s), or (iii) purchase of Product using a card other than the Card(s).
19. Any queries/issues relating to discount / benefits under this Offer will be entertained by the Bank & Amazon only till March 02, 2020. By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that HDFC Bank and Amazon will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or misuse of the Product(s). The Bank shall not be liable for delivery, service, suitability, availability or quality of the products offered under this offer.
20. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/ disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
21. Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.

1. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by The partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with The partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
2. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by The partner
3. HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.
4. This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.
5. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer
6. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
7. 16. The above offer is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Credit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
17. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
18. Any query regarding the offer will be entertained till 60 days from offer fulfilment date. Post such date; the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from the cardholder.
19. TAT for posting of CashBack is 96 hours post the completion of purchase of products in accordance with the terms and conditions of the offer. Any advancements in TAT is subjective and will be basis mutual consensus between merchant and The Bank.
20. Any TAT committed with respect to posting of CashBack for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of posting; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.
21. In case of delay in posting or non-posting of CashBack if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & have the CashBack posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C
22. The offer shall also be governed by such terms and conditions as may be intimated by the partner from time to time.
