Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions:

“Issuer Bank” means the bank which has issued Rupay Credit Card to the User.

“Offer” means to use Rupay Credit Card on UPI feature on BHIM app as specified in section 2 below to win INR 50 as cashback.

“Offer Period” shall commence from 1st December 2024 and shall continue till 31st December 2024.

“User” shall mean an eligible BHIM user who has linked their Rupay Credit Card on BHIM app and made a successful transaction during the offer period.

2. Eligibility:

This Offer is open for all users who link their RuPay Credit Card on the BHIM app during the offer period for the first time.

User must link his/her Rupay Credit Card issued by the Issuer Bank in the Credit Cards section on the BHIM app and make 1 successful transaction of minimum value INR 500 each using Rupay Credit Card on BHIM App.

Each User will be eligible for the cashback only once during the Offer Period.

Only eligible Users who fulfil the minimum transaction criteria will be considered for cashback processing.

Multiple cashback offers cannot be clubbed together. In case of a clash, the maximum cashback arising from the transaction will be considered.

3. Other Terms and Conditions:

Participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the Users that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.

NPCI reserves the right to change, amend, add, or delete the terms and conditions associated with the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. NPCI also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.

In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of NPCI shall be final and binding in all respects.

In case of any fraudulent/ suspicious transaction, NPCI reserves the right to remove the User from the eligibility of the Offer.

NPCI shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.

All cashback amounts will be credited within 14 days from the end date of the Offer Period (i.e. January 14th, 2025)

NPCI will try to credit the cashback amount to the winner’s UPI account twice and if the transaction declines, the Offer will be withdrawn for the User.

All cashback amount will be credited to the CASA account linked to the Users’ vpa used for making payments.

All disputes related to the Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai.

The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the BHIM terms and conditions and terms and condition issued by the respective Issuer Bank for the respective Rupay Credit Card on UPI (“RuPay CC on UPI Terms”). All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the BHIM terms and conditions and Rupay CC on UPI Terms.
