It is mentioned that it is valid on American express card only and you have american blue card.
1 week before i availed that 300off with Mobikwik card only. Use that offer

Also please check for the items in your cart and check with T & c on which discount is not applicable

Yes for me as well the transaction is getting failed with the mobikwik card. All the products which I am purchasing are out of the excluded items only
