Program Details, Concept and Participation:
- These terms and conditions apply to KitKat Win Activa Promo Consumer Benefit Program (hereinafter referred to as "Program") for voluntary participation of consumers, sponsored and launched by Nestlé India Limited (Nestlé India), having its registered office at 100 / 101, World Trade Centre, Barakhamba Lane, New Delhi – 110 001 and conducted by Pine Labs, having its office at No. 111, 1st floor, “Brigade Manae Court”, Industrial Layout, Koramangala 5th Block, Bangalore 560095 (hereinafter referred to as “Agency”) wherein consumers can participate by sending an SMS of the 10 digit unique code (herein after referred to as the “Code”) printed under the wrapper of KITKAT 2 Finger 18.5g (hereinafter referred to as the “Program Packs”).
- The Program is valid only in India from 10/03/2023 to 24/04/2023 (both dates inclusive) (herein after referred as "Program Period"). The Program is valid throughout India (except the State of Tamil Nadu). Products available without this offer also. The Program is open to Citizens of India only. Any entry for the Program before March 10th 2023 at 09:00 hours and after April 24th 2023 at 21:00 hours shall not be entertained and will summarily be rejected. Participation is voluntary.
- During the Program Period Participant stands a chance to win Honda Activa Voucher of INR 75,000/-. Max. 1 prize for a single mobile number.
- The winners will be selected everyday via a scientific randomizer consecutively for 46 days (Program period).
- The Program period starts from 10th March 2023 and shall continue till 24th April 2023 (inclusive of both dates). If the customer has bought a program pack before 10th March 2023, then customer will not be eligible for participation in the Program until the start of Program Period (10th March 2023).
- The Program is subject to all applicable central, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Program shall individually be referred to as "Participant" and collectively as "Participants".
- Regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circle.
- The consumer will need internet connection to access the website link shared via the confirmatory SMS. Regular data rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circle.
- Winner/s will have to enter their KYC details on the microsite link to receive Honda Voucher delivery
- Participant is eligible to win only 1 prize from 1 mobile number during the program period described above
- Nestlé India / its Agency reserves right to cancel / amend / extend the Program Period without giving any notice/intimation. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
- The Employees, agents, associates, and promoters of NESTLÉ India and of its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertisement agencies (including their immediate family members) and all others directly associated with organizing the Program(s) are not eligible to participate.
