No its worst ecommerce website to shop. They never honor deals even posted for low prices. A big no to TATA cliche. I had several lot bad experiences bro.Shop normal priced that’s ok, if deep discount then don’t place orders, so for deals its big NO.
Those are normal deals bro, that’s ok, i placed electronic deals above 20 k all good deals , they cancelled by saying price errors. Don’t shop for high priced deep discounted items. Their cust support is worst, even in twitter after so many tweets and fights i got my refund back.
Can you please elaborate your bad experience? You started by saying products are fake, then never honoring the deals, then you are talking about them cancelling the order. So I’m confused. So let every one know what exactly the problem was and how and which product you got was fake?
i never told you bro i got fake product, chk the pings properly, somebody commented about fake product, i didn’t received my electronic products which i ordered 2-3 times which are above 60% discount, i literally face issues for getting refund from cust support.pathetic experience, they don’t have proper cust support team and finally i reraised concern in twitter then after 2-3 weeks i got my refund.
Got bad experience with Tata cliq on electronic items purchases..not once but thrice….looks like sending either refurbished or returned products of other ecommerce sites .. that’s why giving 60-90% discounts, on top customer support is super pathetic…
bought Lenovo Zuk Z2 Plus, later I came to know it was refurbished. need to followup several times and at last I kept myself as I got it at teasing price. after that booked few lower cost items but not faced any quality issues. As some one said, if the product is deep discounted then they may cancel the product which I faced. overall, i think you can take risk.

All i need to say is buy Electronic item from Amazon and flipkart not tatacliq as they will directly deny for replacement or refund and ask you to bring denial letter from brand then only they will do something.
So, right now I am facing this situation. So my humble request is dnt waste your hard earned money on tatacliq.
