This offer (“Offer”) is co-sponsored by SBICPSL (SBI Cards & Payment Services Ltd. formerly known as SBI Cards & Payment Services Private Ltd) and Flipkart Advanz Private Limited (“Flipkart Advanz”) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively referred to as “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart, We or Our). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card (Cardholder) and to whom a communication is sent by SBICPSL.
By participating in the Offer (defined below), Cardholder agrees to be bound by:

Offer Details

• The Validity of the Program (‘Term’) is from 2nd August 2020 (00:00 hrs) to 4th August 2020 (23:59 hrs), unless extended by SBICPSL, Bank and Flipkart by mutual consent in writing.
• Under this offer, SBI Credit Card holders (‘Cardholders’) are eligible to get a 10% Instant Discount on Grocery category during the Term, for purchase made/effected using SBI Credit cards (‘Card’). To avail the offer, net cart value shall be equal to or more than INR 1,500 and maximum discount which can be availed is INR 200 once per card.
• The offer is applicable at www.flipka...om, m.flipkart.com & Flipkart mAPP (mobile Application)
• The offer is not applicable on Net Banking.
• The user can avail the offer for any number of transactions, however, the maximum discount per card is Rs 200 for the offer term.
• The Offer is not applicable on SBI Credit Corporate & Commercial Cards.
• The Offer is also applicable on payments made through EMI on SBI Credit cards.
• In case a customer makes a partial payment through Flipkart Gift Card, the offer will apply only on the net amount paid using the Card. Also, this amount should be equal to or more than Rs. 1,500.
