This offer (“Offer”) is co-sponsored by HSBC and Flipkart Advanz Private Limited (“Flipkart Advanz”) on www.Flipka...om, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively referred to as “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart, We or Our). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and subsisting HSBC Credit Card (“Cardholder/You/Your” and “Card”).
By participating in the Offer (defined below), Cardholder agrees to be bound by:

Offer Details

The Validity of the Program (‘Term’) is from 17th April 2021 (00:00 Hours) to 20th April 2021 (23:59 Hours) (23:59 Hours), unless extended by Bank and Flipkart by mutual consent in writing.
Under this offer, HSBC Credit Cardholders (‘Cardholders’) are eligible to get a Flat 150 Off on Grocery category during the Term, for purchase made/effected using HSBC Credit cards (‘Card’). To avail the offer, net cart value shall be equal to or more than INR 2,000 and the maximum discount that can be availed per card is INR 150.
The offer is applicable at www.flipka...om, m.flipkart.com & Flipkart mAPP (mobile Application)
The offer is not applicable on Net Banking.
Discount will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer post any other discounts, exchange offer redemptions and refunds.
The Offer is also applicable on payments made through EMI on HSBC Credit cards.
In case a customer makes partial payment through Flipkart Gift Card, Offer will apply only on the net amount paid using the Card. Also, this amount should be equal to or more than INR 2,000.
