For iphones always check dubai price on Amazon.ae (with FaceTime models) on new iphone there can be difference of 35k. If you find suitable and any person coming from there you can order one. Apple have international warranty no issue. I bought iphone XS 64gb @ INR 65,000 when in india it was INR 99,990 in Jan’19.

You can’t return phones, neither on Flipkart nor Amazon. They provide exchange in case of issues but you can’t return the phone. It’s been this way since 3 to 4 years now.

And who will bring it from Dubai to India? We all know it’s lot cheaper in many countries outside of India but people who have no means of importing from other countries have to buy it here at whatever best price it is available at.

Well, if the difference is truly 35k, traveling to Dubai should be an option to consider.

People used to do that before (during iphone 7 or prior days) but now that apple launches their new phones in less than 3 weeks from US launch date in India lot many stopped travelling to Singapore/Dubai to get their phones as soon as it launches. It’s mostly done by people who sell them in grey market.

They pick up 2 or 3 devices minimum, sell 2 at profit here in India and keep one for themselves.

But if someone isn’t too desperate, they can wait for a month or so to get the phones in grey market at more sensible prices. Example: iPhone 11 Pro 256gb is priced at around 1.15 lakhs in India (Indian MRP unit) whereas it’s already being sold for 90k in grey market here. When the price crashes to 90k odd it doesn’t make sense to fly out to Dubai specifically to get the phone. If you can club a vacation in Dubai with your phone purchase then it makes sense though.

Bhai
I had already wrote “If you find suitable and any person coming from there you can order one” there is no obligation on this.
