Currently 5G support is customized to the country where the phone is meant to be sold. That's a good reason to avoid getting it from abroad. I don't know about Google but Apple has a global warranty. So that might be another reason to stick to the Indian version.

Indian and Canadian both are of same models i.e Model: GP4BC

Firmware and Android OS Builds will be different and as you well know besides hardware that is also where country-specific 5G support needs to be added. Yes, you can flash an Indian ROM on a Canadian phone but that will likely void the warranty.
