Unfortunately I stopped using Gofers since a year with their utterly failure orange comedy show!!
Me too, they called me i explained all the issues that occurred, as usual got response like i will send your feedback and then after never got any call or issue resolution

I still feel that most of the products are OK priced. Their inhouse brands are good buy during sale period.
The discounts are much better than Flipkart/ BB or Amazon.
To maximize combine it with Grofers GC
In my area jiomart prices are always best
But i choose Flipkart because lots offers we can combine and can buy @ min 30% discount
Grofers lost badly with launch of jiomart and Flipkart
Only savor for grofers is bringing good offers instead of launching home brand products

Atleast Amazon increases the price before sale to give an illusion of sale.. 
Fake sale. Everything is same price as before. Bakwaas grofers. Jio and big basket I know accept sodexo. Who else does?
