Amazed looking at the number of views, likes and comments this video got.. For sure his hindi oratory skills are good but this youtuber did nothing except dictating specifications (+ Unnecessary excitement for 8-bit FRC panels & ~300 HDR brightness)
and what's the point of even including HLG support as Pro for TVs when no OTT supports it (BBC iPlayer [UK] is the one that streams content in HLG AFAIK)

It depends on your budget. You can opt for Hisense Google TV with 3 years warranty or Samsung Crystal 4k if Tizen OS is ok for you or LG UQ7500 if WebOS is ok for you. VU premium is there and moto reveu 2 is also there. Can opt for QLED if budge is above 30K. iffalcon K72 is best for the price it is being sold now because you get Dolby vision and Dolby Audio with AIPQ processor. Problem with k72 is number of ports available especially in 43 inch version. About 8bit FRC these are common in this price range. And another thing which ever Android TV you get don't expect update of android version. Only few security patch or issue related update will be provided.
It is also depend on where your TV will be installed and what viewing angles is required. If the tv will be installed in a lighted area then you need higher brightness in nits above 450. If you need a wide viewing angle then you need IPS(Bright scene will be serene while dark scene will be dull) panel TV. If you love contrast in your video then can go for VA panel(dark will be darker but weak in bright scene and VA panels are weak in wide viewing angles). QLED with VA panel you will find brightness above 900 nits so except viewing angles everything will be fine. In IPS panel led bleeding is common while in VA panel u won't find bleeding. Hisense and VU normally uses VA panel for their TVs. Dolby Vision is a version of HDR10 which makes visual more crisp. So according to your needs you can find your perfect TV.

Either way both are equallly bad ,but newer android tv is better

Newer makes the Home Screen all congested with stuff

Best is get the newer use a different launcher like wolf launcher ,better is you can root so you can put Dolby atoms and swap ram  mods

This is what I did with onn. Android tv bought from USA Walmart and using in Mumbai

Physical damage is never considered under warranty but for this you should buy complete protection. You can exchange the tv for new one.

You can ask any local TV repairing centre if they can do anything, but it will void warranty.
