Why don't they make bezel less TVs in mid range segment? Not much difference from previous models.

Will I miss Android if I go for LG WebOS, if I use jio fiber set top box.

Just differentiating themselves from chinese counterparts. Many believe that Sony, LG & Samsung TVs are better than Xiaomi, RealMe, TCL & related branded TVs (They do in terms of after-sales service but hardware wise they aren't better - especially when similarly priced TVs are considered)
So they price their TVs accordingly (20-30% higher than chinese brands)

Jio Fiber Set top box is android box.
You will android only if you need to side load app. 
Else you will feel good with WebOS or Tizen in daily use. because they are very fast than android. bootup time is < 5 sec. Almost all known OTT app are available in WebOS and Tizen.

samsung 55 crystal pro , online from tata cliq  got around 7k discount (i have ordered first from amazon but they delivered a old onida tv instead of samsung so gone fr the tata cliq ) , is there any difference between online and offline model ??
