Minimum order amount should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,000 to qualify for cashback of
10%. Minimum spend on ICICI Bank Credit/Debit Card should be greater than or equal to Rs.
2,000 to qualify for cashback of 10%
• Maximum Cashback per card during the offer period will be Rs 3,000.
• Cashback will be calculated only on the amount paid via ICICI Bank Credit/Debit Card
• All the applicable TnCs of “EMI / No Cost EMI” are applicable.
• Customers making payment through any other bank cards will not be eligible for 10% Cashback
• Cancelled and returned orders will not be eligible for Cashback/Offer.

Useless like paytm first points…
Unless Instant discount offers, never trust PAYTMMALL on Cashback offers. I share my recent experience at their site. I placed an Order ID – 11470198220 on 16Aug20 for Lenovo Tower PC with CB offer of 2000 pm BOB CC, While placing order I opted BOB CC offer and paid. However, I have not received order details on my mail or SMS and the order details shown on their page did not reflect any details on the Cashback. Order was delivered and till date I have not received CB. There is no way of contacting them through mail or phone. Only way out is to contact through Twitter. On contacting them through Twitter, first they replied that the offer was not applicable for PC and then asked me to show them Snapshot on their offer. Then after repeated explanations, they closed the issue stating that no coupon was applied.
Pl be careful as they do not have any return policy also.

Paytm is dead now and such schemes are open declaration for same.

PayTm Mall has been extremely untrustworthy this time around with their dodgy cashback offers
I shopped under their offers with Yes Bank, ICICI, Citibank, RBL – none of the first three banks have honored their cashback, RBL’s cashback due date is yet to arrive:
- I called Yes Bank – they said they can’t see my transactions being eligible for the offer or rather did not acknowledge such an offer – asked me to share_ screenshot which PayTM Mall conveniently does not allow in their app_.
- I called Citibank, at least they confirmed my transaction was eligible but say that you should consider 90 business / working days and not 90 days which is almost never the case or something I have never observed with 90-day cashback offers. It usually 90 days period and not 90 working days – so this seems suspicious
- I called ICICI – they say they can’t find any such offer and mentioned some other random offers from Aug instead – despite PayTm Mall’s own blog (https://blog.paytmmall.com/announcing-the-launc...) mentioning the offer. I have mailed this evidence to ICICI – hopefully they will honor the offer.
One thing is for sure – never again shopping on PayTm Mall until they improve their credibility.
PayTm Biggest cheater of the Century. Yesterday Booked LPG with promo code" LPG ".Got 10 rupees Scratchcard to be paid only linked bank. Where T&C says amount credited in wallet. Actual offer is up to 700 rupees for first LPG cylinder and apply LPG code. Biggest cheater always give scratchcard and get 10 or 11 rupees .

Reply from Yes Bank:
“Basis investigation, we wish to inform you that we have already done the Cashback posting for this campaign to all eligible card-holders. We regret to inform you that your transaction was missed at Merchant partners end, so we have asked the Merchant partner to do cashback fulfillment at their end.
Further, we request you to kindly liaise up with the Merchant Paytm, directly if you wish to know more details."
This is most irresponsible and suspicious. PayTm has absolutely no way to contact them regarding this. If you even call them, they send you a link on sms where they ask you to enter details of your issue, but the link redirects you to the same absolutely useless 24×7 help section in their app which only tells you to check that their app cashback has been credited without actually providing a single way to reach them!
PayTm Mall is pathetic!
