This marketing Offer is being run and sponsored by participating sellers on the Platform (individually “Seller” and collectively “Sellers”) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart mobile app, Flipkart lite platform (collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).
By participating in this Offer, the user (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by:

these terms and conditions (“T&C”);
the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Flipkart Plus and SuperCoins terms and conditions and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
all applicable terms of the Sellers
OFFER DETAILS
The Offer will be valid from the commencement of the 12pm 15th Oct, Flipkart Big Billion Days sale, 2020 up until 00:00 hours on 17th October, 2020(“Offer Period”).
To participate in the Offer, you must do/ fulfill the following:

Age must be 18 years or above;
Must have a valid registered account on the Platform and log into the same;
Must be a Flipkart Plus member
Under this Offer, Customers can will be eligible to purchase products from the selection offered by the Sellers at additional discounts up to 20%, as offered by them during the “Plus Shopping Bonanza” on the Platform, during Offer Period, (“Offer”).
You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstandings and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.
