Lol what is this. Delivery wala kon hota hai account block karne wala. You should have told him to deliver the order.

I think delivery boy didn't want to deliver to your location and hence fooled you.

Bhai starting me dhang se behave krta tha aur ab bhi krta hai but mujhe isi pe doubt ho rha ki jaanboojh kr aisa kr rha. Aisa bhi nhi hai ki location pr naa aata ho aata bhi hai daily.

His reason may be different, but he is no one to block your account. One thing is sure he fooled you to cancel your order. Tumhe cancel nahi karna tha. Bolte order aana chahiye account rahe ya na rahe koi farak nhi padta.
